DOCUMENTATION

El-Tex can provide documentation for submittal or contract requirements.

Also we can assist in the creation of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams in your preferred format, using AutoCAD or Microstation.

LABOR

For OEM's that manufacture their own controls and find themselves in a "crunch" situation, El-Tex can serve as a "satellite" location. Working to your standards, we will assembly, wire, and complete your control equipment so that you can meet your delivery schedules.

We build control panels and systems to our customers' specifications, drawings, and bill of material.

UL LABELING

UL

El-Tex Industries is listed by Underwriters Laboratories as a manufacturer of UL 508A Industrial Control Panels (UL File # E143938) and is authorized to UL mark our products for both US and Canadian markets.

HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS

El-Tex Industries is authorized to apply the UL mark to control panels relating to hazardous locations with intrinsically safe circuit extensions to Class I Groups A, B, C and D, Class II, Groups E, F, and G and Class III hazardous locations (UL 698A NRBX, File # E365605).

Additionally, El-Tex can label industrial control panels located in Class I Division 1 Explosion-Proof and Purged/Pressurized Type X and Division 2 Purged/Pressurized Type Z and Nonincendive hazardous locations (NNNY, File # E365604).

CE LABELING

CE

El-Tex Industries can build and label equipment which is headed to areas where CE Marking is required, compliant with the Low Voltage Directive.

FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TESTING

Every El-Tex panel goes through quality checks and testing procedures as determined by our QA program and customer defined requirements. Standard tests include point-to-point continuity checks on all wiring and may include schematic logic and relay functional tests. As needed, El-Tex utilizes a NETA contractor that uses testing procedures and evaluations that conform to NETA, ANSI, IEEE, and NFPA recommended practices.

We also provide space, set up, and assistance for those customers that want to perform their own factory acceptance testing prior to shipment.
