Do you produce a specific product? |
| No.
We build custom control panels. This means that you are not
"locked-in" to certain manufacturers or designs. We can build a
panel that meets your specific requirements.

| Do I need to give you complete information for you to build my control
panel? |
| While some of our customers
do completely design the panels we produce, El-Tex is able to design panels to
your requirements. We are able, often with minimal information, to design a
control panel and develop documents for your approval.

| I have a plant shutdown scheduled, can you deliver on time to minimize my
down time? |
| We have an understanding
of project timing relative to plant shutdowns and start-up schedules. We know
the importance of on-time deliveries and the associated costs of missing these
dates. We have an excellent record of on-time delivery schedules.

| Do you fabricate your own sheet-metal in-house?

| No. Our focus is on providing you with
quality controls. We have built strong, long-term relationships with enclosure
manufacturers whose specialty is to fabricate quality custom enclosures.
El-Tex will design your custom enclosure, as needed, and then allow the
enclosure specialists to fabricate a quality enclosure. By building long-term
relationships, we are able to work with our vendors to help insure timely
delivery and quality workmanship.

| Can modifications be made easily to the panels if there is a need to in
the future?

| El-tex understands that today's needs may
not meet tomorrow's requirements. That is why El-Tex always considers your
potential future needs by working to allow space for the future addition of
components or circuits. If you have multiple quantities of identical control
panels, El-Tex makes it easy for you to add, or remove, circuits and
components. We utilize wire lists to insure that each panel is wired
identical. If a wire on one panel goes from "point A' to "point
B", then you can be assured that each panel is wired that way to help you
make future modifications easily.
