El-Tex has been a supplier of custom
electrical control, PLC, instrumentation and power distribution equipment
since 1973. We have completed more than 3,400 projects over a 32 year period
and have installations in more than 22 countries. Our experience includes
controls for a variety of equipment and systems from pumps and small machines
to large industrial machinery production lines. We also have experience in
power distribution and control including Generator control, Instrumentation
and Distribution Switchboards, including projects in the 1970's for class 1E
equipment installed in nuclear power plants.
Since the mid 90's, along with our traditional
industrial control projects, we have manufactured Protective Relaying and
Control Switchboards for utility substations. We have completed various
projects and continue to receive repeat business, inquiries and referrals from
these customers. We have been accepted and listed as Qualified Bidder's for
this type of equipment with several utilities, municipalities and consulting
engineering firms.
El-Tex has progressively
grown over the years to it's present 10,000 square foot facility located in Baltimore,
Maryland. Our facility allows us the capability to handle your project, whatever
